We wanted to take a moment to recognize one of the things that makes Aqua Pool & Patio so unique. There are plenty of pool companies in New England but there’s only one that provides the unmatched expertise alongside stellar customer service that Aqua Pool & Patio does. The thing that makes our award-winning track record possible is our team of dedicated professionals.

There are so many hardworking individuals at our company that honestly, we couldn’t shower them all with enough praise. But we wanted to take a brief moment to show our appreciation and highlight the essential work that three of our dedicated Service Team members put in on the daily to sustain our company.

First, Debbie. She is the glue that holds everything together. She is in charge of handling emails and calls and is the go-to party that solves work-related hiccups. She is always courteous and professional and our customers appreciate her prompt follow-up and ability to solve issues. Our customers count on us and we count on Debbie to make sure that any pool complication gets taken care of honestly and swiftly.

Next up is Jen. Jen is another excellent Aqua Pool team member known for her pleasant and polite demeanor. Each week, she tackles service call reminders with an upbeat and positive attitude that makes every call a wonderful experience.

Last, but not least is David. He is an extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable individual who promotes trust in the Aqua Pool name. He takes the time to get to know all of our customers and takes whatever steps necessary to make sure services are top-notch. He’s one of the main reasons many of our customers remain Aqua Pool clients year round.
