• Pool opening and closing. Opening your pool in the spring and closing it in the fall are time-consuming processes—and when closing, it is particularly important that you take all the steps required to safeguard the pool throughout the winter months. The Aqua Pool maintenance team members, all of whom are APSP-trained and MANY ARE licensed by the State of Connecticut, are here to help! In the spring, we will remove the cover, test the water, and check that the filtration system is running properly. At the end of the season, we’ll blow out your pool’s plumbing lines, winterize the heater, filter, and pumps, add products to ensure an easy opening the following spring, and cover the pool. Our opening and closing services are very popular, so we encourage you to get in touch with us well in advance.
• Pool water testing and chemical addition. We are pleased to offer FREE water testing for area residents—just bring a sample of your pool water to our East Windsor location. We will test it, make recommendations for how to rectify any issues, and if desired, add the necessary chemicals to your pool. To ensure safety and cleanliness, we suggest having your pool water tested at least four times per season.
• Pool filtration system cleaning and testing. Regardless of the type of pool filter you have, we can test and clean it to ensure that it does its job of keeping your pool safe and sparkling.
• Discounted prices on pool chemicals. When you enter a yearly service contract with Aqua Pool, you’ll save up to 10% on the cost of chemicals.
