Do you do all the work or do you sub-contract it out?

We do most of the work in-house, subcontracting out only the gunite, interior finishes and sometimes the tile/coping. But our staff is always on site with the subs and we monitor their quality controls just as if they were in house staff. Our warranties are still the best in the industry – we just use a few specialty subs in an effort to supply our clients with the best possible products at a fair price.
